Before you report a bug, formatting issue or other technical problem, please make sure you have recently refreshed the page involved. We are working on this website to fix things fairly often and sometimes a simple refresh will solve the problem in question.
On Windows, hold down the windows symbol, shift, and the letter "S," then drag the box around the part of the screen you want for us to see. Then open paint, press control and "v" at the same time, and save the file somewhere you can easily find (we recommend your desktop) so you can upload it here.
On a mac, press command and shift and "4" then drag the box out to the part of the screen we need to see. When you see the thumbnail come up on the bottom right part of your screen, click it to maximize, then hold down command and the letter "S" on your keyboard at the same time, to save to your desktop. It does not by default let you save it to a destination, but saves it to your desktop by default on a mac.
APPLE PHONE OR IPAD
If you are on an apple phone, press the power button and the home button at the same time. If you don't have a home button, then hold the power button and the volume up on the same time to take a screenshot.
If you have an android phone, try pressing and holding the power button and volume down at the same time. If this does not work, then you may have to google your particular device and how to create a screenshot with it because often android phones can differ in how to do this.
Email your screenshot to our technical support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and attach your screenshot. We are working on a way for you to be able to do it from this form, but for now this is the best way for you get your concerns met!
